Teddy Lussi-Modeste, intervistato da Mariangiola Castrovilli a Toronto, è nato a Grenoble ed ha studiato a La Fémis. E' autore e regista dei corti Embrasser les tigres (2004), Dans l'oeil (2006) e Je viens (2008). Nel 2011 ha diretto il lungometraggio Jimmy Rivière scritto insieme a Rebecca Zlotowski. Il prezzo del successo (2017) è il suo ultimo lavoro.
